Tennessee court access is broad, but custody is local and split by court. Brent Price, Clerk & Master, keeps Chancery, probate, registry, and related equity records. City clerks retain municipal matters. Hawkins Online Court Records searches only selected county courts, while Tennessee Public Case History covers appeals rather than trial cases. We gather those boundaries, contact points, search fields, and request routes in one place.

- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
